BIRNIE HOPE PARK
The City of Sumter selected The LandPlan Group South to prepare a Park Master Plan and Construction Documents for the 4.3 Acres surrounding the existing Birnie Hope Center. This project was funded by CDBG and Hospitality Tax Funds. Park Amenities included a quarter-mile asphalt trail, spray fountain-Splash Pad, 3 playgrounds, gazebo, bathroom, and landscaping.
