STREETSCAPE, URBAN RENEWAL
In 2016, TLPGS continued on to the next phase of the Hartsville MCBP District Improvements with the work on College Avenue, municipal parking lots, and Mantissa Row alley. The project consisted of capturing under-utilized public parking and converting it into functional, usable space with a dramatic alley connector to help consumers get to businesses. College Ave Streetscape was completed while keeping businesses open, by use of phasing.
