RUSSELL STREET
The LandPlan Group South, Inc. performed conceptual design, final design, preparation of construction documents, and permitting for a four (4) block streetscape project that included drainage, sidewalk, utility relocation, and landscaping with a contract amount of $1,035,000.
There is a $500,000 CDBG grant that funded a portion of this work and the construction was completed in the Spring of 2012.
