CITY OF ANDERSON
The LandPlan Group South was selected by the City of Anderson, SC to provide a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan update. TLPGS, along with Toole Design Group, analyzed the existing conditions of each of the city’s 15 major park sites. Together we studied the recommendations provided in the city’s 2008 Parks & Recreation Master Plan Report and provided new recommendations for site and facility enhancements for capital improvements over the next 10 year period. The final report also includes recommendations regarding Parks & Recreation marketing and staffing, as well as, a trail and green-way system to link all facilities together.
