Established in 2001 in Columbia, SC, the LandPlan Group South, Inc. is a landscape architecture and planning firm, adding civil engineering in 2003, our firm continues to grow and provides award-winning design and consulting services.
Our success comes from our active stewardship of the environment and through our commitment to understanding the needs of our clients. We bring our clients a passion for exploration and view each project as an opportunity for creativity. Though we bring considerable past experience to our projects, we continually strive to uncover unique channels for creative solutions.
Through a thorough investigation of site conditions, program elements, design concepts, and development details, we examine all the necessary ingredients for excellence. We take pride in our ability to coordinate all of the appropriate agencies involved in the construction and permitting procedures.
